I’m a senior product designer who turns complex, ambiguous problems into useful products through research, data, AI and product strategy.

Currently designing software experiences for SteelSeries GG in Singapore.

Designing for the GG ecosystem

At SteelSeries GG, I design software experiences across Engine, Sonar, Moments and more for a platform with 5M+ monthly active users. I connect player research, usability testing and product data to interaction decisions, then work with product, engineering and design-system partners through handoff and QA.

Building an industrial AI business from zero

I co-founded Innowave Tech and grew a 15-person team, helping the Singapore company build lasting semiconductor customer relationships in China. I represented the business in talks with government, customers and universities, turning on-site needs into product direction, proofs of concept and partnerships.

04 / LUMINO STUDIO

From artist to founder

As an artist, I took my work to conventions across the US, including Los Angeles, Detroit and Pennsylvania. Customer conversations shaped what I made and sold. I managed suppliers, built an online store and used social media to bring event audiences back online: an early lesson in product discovery and go-to-market.

Art is part of how I think

I still make illustrations, paintings and graphic work. Composition and visual storytelling help me make complex product ideas easier to grasp. My wider design work has also been recognised by awards including Red Dot.

06 / BEYOND WORK

Curious beyond the screen

I’m pursuing an MSc in Technopreneurship & Innovation at NTU and enjoy teaching as much as learning. Outside work, I’ve served as a teaching assistant, volunteered teaching art and culture in Nepal, won piano awards, swum and trained as a lifeguard. I even keep personal OKRs.

HOW I WORK

Research to release

I’m most useful when the problem is ambiguous and the path forward is not obvious. I triangulate qualitative research, behavioural data and experiments; turn findings into product decisions; prototype interactions; and stay close to engineering through handoff, QA and iteration. I’m especially interested in AI- and ML-enabled experiences where system complexity needs to become clear and trustworthy.
